Yes, I could have build a wine rack from scratch....I have already build a small one for myself several years ago. I needed to build two small wine racks under the bar. Based on the cost and labor, it was much cheaper to buy used and re-purpose this old wine rack instead. So after cutting and re-supporting here is the before and after photos.
