Remember the GF Apple Ale? For those who are gluten-sensitive, gluten-intolerant or have been formally diagnosed with Celiac’s Disease they will be happy to know another batch of our gluten-free (GF) beer is back on tap.
The recipe is deliciously simple: sorghum, apple cider and a hop pellet (but just one). The beer tastes more of a sweet hard cider than a beer, but that is what I was going for…cider!
You know what they say? “an apple a day…”
